Yes! There are 76 real, solid element samples carefully sealed inside the acrylic. For the gaseous elements like Oxygen, Helium, and Neon, we use clearly labeled fillers to represent them, since the actual gases can’t be included. You’re still getting a true hands-on look at the real layout of the periodic table.
What about the dangerous elements? Are they included?
Nope! All dangerous, radioactive, or unstable elements like Polonium, Astatine, Francium, Radon, and Plutonium are left out. Instead, we mark their spots with a small radioactive symbol, so it’s totally safe.
Is it safe to keep around kids or in a classroom?
Yes, totally safe! The elements included are already safe by themselves, and on top of that, they’re sealed inside tough, high-quality acrylic. That means there’s no direct contact, no risk, and it’s perfect for kids, students, teachers, or anyone who loves science or unique decor.
